This is a list of ingredients to AVOID AT ALL COSTS in your food and drink.  They cause sever health problems, bring on diseases, and cause cancer.

— Yes avoiding these poisons severely cut the mass of amount of food you can purchase.  But once you stop eating anything with these poisons in them, you notice right away that you do not need to eat as much.  You also notice that your apatite severely declines and you can go much longer without eating.  These poisons starve your body of important vitamins and minerals.  And also prevents your body from naturally cleansing itself.  You will feel much better and will lose weight of course.

Basically your going to be cutting out:

Diet Soda
Soda
Doritos
90% of junk food
99% of gums
90% of juice
Many processed or pre-made foods (Example: pizzas, hot pockets, and frozen dinners).
And few brands of canned foods.

After a while of going shopping you while memorize which brands or foods have these ingredients in them.  It will seem frustrating at first and your variety of choices will be limited until you get the hang of it.  But every time I am tempted in buying something I just remember that it is a poison and my body will thank me.  Your mental state will change and also most medication that you are currently taking will not be needed.  Because all of these poisons cause health problems and also cause cancer.  When you stop eating these foods and drinks that have the poisons, you then realize that you wont crave certain foods any longer.  Example soda and junk food.  I PROMISE!  After some time you will also notice that you start to come out of that drug induced dream state that these ingredients put you in.  Your reaction time will improve and you will become happier.  If you don’t believe me, try it for 2 weeks.  I promise you will notice an improvement of your health.

Aspartame is the technical name for the following brand names.   Avoid products including these brand names:

Natural Sweetener
NutraSweet
Equal
Spoonful
Equal-Measure
Neotame

Avoid all foods / drinks that include any so called “Natural Sweeteners”, Artificial Sweeteners and Natural Flavors in the ingredients.

To be safe, simply avoid all “diet foods” and moderate sugar intake.
For those times when you just want a taste of something sweet, your healthiest alternative Stevia, Lo han, or dextrose (pure glucose), and toss out ALL artificial sweeteners and any products that contain them.
